  • I'm based in Suwanee, GA, and shoot throughout metro Atlanta. I'm happy to travel beyond that; a travel fee applies for locations more than 30 minutes out.

  • Shoots start at $300 and vary based on property size, shoot duration, and location. I keep pricing straightforward, reach out, and I'll give you a clear number fast.

  • Yes. Every project is a little different, and I'm happy to work out pricing that fits your actual needs. Just send me a few details, and I'll put something together.

  • Head to the Services page, fill out a few details about your project, and I'll follow up to confirm availability and next steps. Most bookings are locked in within 24 hours.

  • Yes, I require a 20% deposit before booking.

  • Most shoots are delivered within one week. If you're working against a listing deadline or launch date, let me know upfront, and we can talk about expedited turnaround.

  • Yes. Every photo is edited in Lightroom before delivery. You're getting a polished, professional final product, not raw files.

  • Absolutely. Once delivered, you have full rights to use the photos however you need: MLS listings, website, social media, print materials, client presentations, all of it.

  • Both. I shoot vacant listings, staged homes, and fully furnished spaces. If you're unsure how to prepare the property before the shoot, I'm happy to share a quick prep guide.

  • Yes, that's a big part of what I do. Architectural and interior portfolio shoots are available for design-build firms, interior designers, and architects who need their finished work documented well. Reach out and let's talk through what you need.
